Electrostatic Precipitators from Austria - APFenergySmartFilter™ 100 - 900 kW
The APFenergySmartFilter™ is an electrostatic precipitator that was primarily developed for systems with limited space and a lower boiler output of 100 to 900 kW. Like the APFenergyTowerFilter™, it is based on a tubular electrostatic precipitator system.
The APFenergySmartFilter™ was specially developed for use downstream of biomass furnaces to separate fine dust particles from the flue gas.
APF offers the APFenergySmartFilter™ in various sizes for boiler outputs of 100 - 900 KW.
The modular design enables space-saving optimal adaptation to different room conditions.
The following versions are available:
eSF standard version
eSFm narrow version
eSFd
for double boiler systems 2 parallel filter module rows in a common insulating housing, whereby the filter module rows are completely separated with regard to gas, high voltage and dust discharge and are each assigned to one firing. This solution avoids a common filter for 2 firings, which results in the following advantages: - Higher filter availability, especially in part-load operation, as the filter size is adapted to the respective firing size. - No safety-relevant gas-tight dampers required - Less space required compared to 2 individual filters
In addition, the filter types eSF, eSFm and eSFd are available with integrated impact separator or integrated cyclone and/or integrated economizer for waste heat utilisation.
