The filters can be adapted to the size and output of your biomass furnace.
in industrial, commercial and district heating applications as well as solutions for efficient waste heat recovery. In addition to our APFenergy™ filters, we also offer solutions for efficient waste heat recovery and particle pre-separation, as well as products that facilitate planning, installation and maintenance. These include integrated pre-separators, dust conveying and collection systems as well as systems for remote access and data analysis of filter operation.
Locations:
APF Salzburg and APF Switzerland
Our head office is located at APF Salzburg in Austria. All APF products are designed and produced here.
In order to improve our APF service, we founded APF Schweiz AG on January 1, 2012, which serves Switzerland and neighboring regions. Our managing director, Mr. Bruno Wickihalder, is at your disposal.
Our team consists of two service technicians who cover the French- and German-speaking parts of Switzerland and carry out all work directly on site.
The filters manufactured in Austria are delivered directly to customers in Switzerland and installed in cooperation with our installation partner. With us, you get everything from a single source - from APF service to APF consulting!
APF: advances at a glance
Adaptability and flexibility thanks to modular design
The modular design of the APFenergyFilter™ ensures optimum adaptation to the available space. The individual planning and design of each filter guarantee a filter system that is perfectly tailored to the customer's needs.
99%
for the environment
Achievable overall separation efficiency of fine dust with correct use and regular maintenance. Our aim is not only to comply with legal regulations, but also to make the best possible contribution to the environment.
Resilience & safety
APF products are spark-resistant and temperature-resistant from 250 to 400 °C. The automatic bypass circuit increases the safety of the firing system and the durability of the fine dust filter. In addition, specially developed ash handling systems, such as the big bag transfer station, minimize the risk to employees.
Increased efficiency through compatibility and energy savings
All APF products can be combined with each other to generate an optimum adaptation to the biomass firing system. Depending on the biomass and plant, systems for heat recovery and pre-separation can be included to increase efficiency.
Knowhow & innovation
We focus on innovation, expert advice and simplifying existing processes. This is also demonstrated by our specially developed remote maintenance module and patents in heat recovery and ash handling.
